Festive Gin Cocktails and Gin-spired Menu at The Brass Lion Christmas GINgle

Celebrate Christmas in Singapore with local Brass Lion Distillery at their Christmas GINgle this December!

The Christmas Elves have taken over the Brass Lion Distillery and are offering a boozy celebration with 3 sessions a day from 1 December 2020. The team has curated a festive gin-spired menu to go with their specially crafted cocktails, as well as a flight of Christmas gins in their tasting room.

The Boozy Hot Choc made with their Pahit gin is a must-try! Thick, creamy and delicious, it is perfect for a rainy December afternoon. Another celebratory option is the Pahit Mulled Wine served cold instead of the traditional hot.

Other GINgle cocktails include the Santa Clausmopolitan, Barrel Aged Negroni, and Eggnogoholic (with no egg-mix).

The GINgle session includes a tasting flight (S$55) of three festive-flavoured gins - Candy Cane gin in pretty pink with refreshing peppermint; Apple Pie gin spiced with cinnamon and cloves; and Cacao Nibs and Orange gin.

Pair the gin cocktails with a curated gin-spired festive menu including Camembert Cheese Bruschetta with juniper onion marmalade; Oysters served with their homemade gin-infused hot sauce; Pahit Gin Glazed Ham with potato salad; Roasted Herb Turkey with mash, gravy and juniper cranberry; and Black Forest Pahit Ice Cream made in collaboration with Apiary.

Stand to win prizes as the Elves engage you with mini games and activities. One of the activities gives you a chance to take part in the “Christmas Story of the Day” where participants in each of the 3 sessions write a part of the story. The Elves will post the different daily Christmas stories and the person whose version is chosen will stand to win prizes.

Finally, don’t forget to pick up a gin bauble on your way - great for gifts or hanging on your Christmas tree!

Can’t make it for the GINgle? You can still lookout for the Blending Elf on Level 1 of the Brass Lion Distillery who will bring you through the wonderful world of botanicals. This is a condensed 15-minute version of their popular gin-blending session, where you will get to create your very own bespoke gin and take home a 100ml bottle (S$68) and add on a custom graving (S$10).

Gin blending sessions will take place daily for the entire month of December on Tuesday to Friday, 4pm - 10pm; and on Saturday and Sunday, 2pm - 10pm.

There’s also the Christmas GINgle Cocktail Making workshop which only runs on 10, 11, 17 and 18 December 2020 at 6.30pm.
