Chi Kinjo Offers Contemporary Japanese Cuisine

Chi Kinjo, a Modern Sushi Bar and Highball Den in Telok Ayer is the fourth installment from Coterie Concepts after Sum Yi Tai, Mona Lounge, and Eliza bar. The cosy Sushi & Izakaya restaurant and basement bar with Kyoto vibes has a relatively informal setting and is great for groups of friends.

First impressions of Chi Kinjo: A great place in Telok Ayer for after work dinner and drinks.

Personal favourites at Chi Kinjo: The Sashimi Ceviche was fresh, vibrant and a burst of flavours. The Crouching Tiger Maki Roll and mentai mayonnaise is a match made in heaven.

Why I would go back Chi Kinjo again: Just for the Shiso Watermelon Highball with Shiso sake! Refreshing and oh so smooth.
